Bipolar UK - Chelmsford has been running since February 2010. We now run two groups. Chelmsford and Braintree with more planned. Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday’s of the month. Anyone with bipolar symptoms, friends, family and carers are welcome to come along and have the chance to join in with the groups discussions or seek advice from one of our regular guest speakers.
Refreshments will be served during the meeting at a time where you can meet the members and make new friends. All of the meetings are free of any charge, there is always ample parking and we are close to Rail and Bus services.
Our new library is becoming very popular and a separate room is now available specifically for the needs of the carers.
